We prefer talking to our clients on the phone,

(I know crazy right?)

There is a reason though.  We are a small shop and don't have someone dedicated to monitoring incoming emails and orders all day.  By talking on the phone, we can answer your questions and actually take your order much more efficiently, for both parties involved. But yes, it does actually require you to speak to a human being!   That's why we only have AWESOME human beings answering the phones!  We will make it as pain free, and speedy as possible!
